Do you have to provide a student ID # to use the student apple developer membership?

Do you have to provide a student ID # to use the student apple developer membership? Or can you just purchase it and use it without neccasarily having to be enrolled in a college or university? Do you have to provide a student ID # to use the student apple developer membership? Or can you get away with only having to pay the $99? Also can you still have a full developer account with the ADC Monthly Mailing membership? What is the cheapest membership to by if you have to provide school information fo the $99 mebership?

1. I think you just need to provide a university email address, but you might have to show some other proof of enrollment as well.
